Join ERIE BONE BROTH LLC as a Packaging & Production Associate in Cleveland, OH, where you'll play a vital role in delivering our high-quality bone broth products to customers. Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machinery and ensure efficient production line flow.
• Package and label products according to quality standards and specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure freshness and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Document production processes and report any issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
• Prior experience in food production or packaging is a plus.
