Environmental Litigation Associate – San Diego, San Francisco or Seattle
\n \nWe are working with a leading law firm seeking an Environmental Litigation Associate to join its practice in San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle.
\n \nThis is an opportunity for a Class of 2021–2023 attorney with substantive environmental litigation experience who is interested in joining a sophisticated practice handling complex environmental, regulatory, and toxic tort matters.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have experience with environmental litigation and regulatory matters, including some combination of:
\n \n• Agency enforcement actions and related defense work
\n• Environmental and toxic tort litigation
\n• Federal and state environmental statutes, including CERCLA and California Proposition 65
\n• Regulatory compliance counseling
\n• Environmental diligence in connection with corporate transactions
\n• Drafting briefs, discovery responses and substantive correspondence
\n• Depositions, oral arguments and management of complex discovery
\n \nCandidates should have strong writing and case management skills and be comfortable taking meaningful responsibility for matters while working collaboratively as part of a team.
\n \nApplicants must be admitted in the state in which they will practice or be eligible to waive in.
\n \nLocations: San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle
\nClass Years: 2021–2023
\nCompensation: $260,000–$365,000
