Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to present an opportunity for an Entry Level Sales Assistant. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in sales within the engineering sector. Based in the Tampa Bay area, this position offers extensive mentorship, training, and the potential for career advancement. The successful candidate will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills needed to progress into higher-level sales roles.
Responsibilities

• Support technical sales initiatives across various industrial markets.
• Assist with designing and developing equipment-related project solutions.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for engineering firms and customers.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal support teams and product specialists.
• Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to analyze data and create reports.
• Learn the company's product lines, applications, and industry solutions.
• Travel with senior sales leadership for customer visits and training opportunities.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
• Recent graduate or graduate within the past few years.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Residence in the Tampa Bay area.
• Ability and willingness to relocate within Central or East Florida in the future.
