WhatYou ’ llDo: Contribute to live client design work - wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Support user research and usabilitytesting:help prepare sessions, synthesize findings, and turn what you learn intodata-backed design recommendations. Partner with engineers to make designsbuildable andhelp extend andmaintaindesign systems andcomponentlibraries. Present design rationale to project teams and clientstakeholders, anditerate quickly on the feedback you receive. Dedicate time to research emerging technologies and best practices relevant to your project, applying your academic knowledge in a professional setting. WhatYou ’ llBring: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic or Visual Design, UX Research, Service Design, or a related design field A portfolio — coursework, personal, or professional — that shows your user-centered design process, not just finished screens. Working knowledge of Figma (or a comparable design tool) and core UI/UX principles, including information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility. A strong passion for technology consulting and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the enthusiasm to ask questions and learn rapidly. Ability to work full-time for the duration of the8-week summer program (6/7-7/30)in a hybrid model based out of one of our hub locations (Nashville or Richmond).
