DescriptionA client with Kforce is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team in Newport, Charlotte or for a remote role.Responsibilities:* Gather requirements, create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinate testing efforts* Provide first line assistance to manage application user requests with our platform team and technical support partners - ensuring timely provisioning of user access while following the access management procedures* Assist in documenting the process and workflow requirements for automation using our SailPoint Access Management platformRequirements* 6+ years of experience supporting the implementation of an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management platform (such as Planview, OnePlan or Clarity)* Experience with Agile methodology - Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise preferred* Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes* Demonstrated experience writing business requirements, documenting process flows, user stories, functional specifications, test scripts, and acceptance criteria* Excellent communication skills and strong customer service acumen; Experience coordinating testing efforts and managing triage with technical teams* Experience with Agile methodology - Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) expertise preferredJob TypeContractCompensation72 - $82
